The 60' 6" PITCHER'S BOOT CAMP was designed to meet the demands pitching places on the human body. Velocity is directly related to the force an athlete is able to apply through the ground, and the rotary explosiveness (torque) of that athlete's torso. This Progressive program will enhance the transfer of power from the lower body to the upper body. Pitching requires specific muscular strength, flexibility, and shoulder stability. If you are a pitcher, and you are not training with a professional Strength & Conditioning Specialist (not a "personal trainer"), you should reconsider your level of commitment.

This high-intensity interval training program features total body workouts with a core emphasis that will match your needs with the appropriate exercises. The group is limited to ten (10) persons placed in age divisions. The sessions are 60-70 minutes in duration, and mimic the unique tempo required of a pitcher. Each registered pitcher will receive an email course of lessons to supplement your work here.
