Camp Info and Dates This high-intensity
interval training program features total body workouts with a core emphasis
that will match your needs with the appropriate exercises. The group is
limited to ten (10) persons placed in age divisions. The sessions are
60-70 minutes in duration, and mimic the unique tempo required of a pitcher.
Each registered pitcher will receive an email course of lessons to supplement
your work here.
