Raymond

Experience: Ray has been involved in amateur athletics since
1995. As a baseball coach, Ray has worked at every level,
ranging from junior high school to Head Varsity Baseball Coach
at Half Hollow Hills East High School for five years. Additionally,
Ray has directed and coached baseball travel organizations
that annually compete on the national level. Over 130 baseball
players he has coached have gone on to compete at the collegiate
level with over a dozen currently in the professional ranks.
Ray also has coached interscholastic basketball and football.
Athletically, Ray played NCAA football for both Towson and
St. John's Universities. At Lindenhurst High School he was
recognized as an All-Long Island football player as well as
lettering in baseball and basketball. Ray has served as a
Business Education teacher at East Islip High School since
1998.

Experience: Russell works with varied athletes, as well as
non-athletes as a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Russell
was a four-year collegiate baseball player at the Division
! level while playing shortstop for UMBC and then Manhattan
College. At Manhattan College he was selected as team captain
in his senior year after which he coached the JV program while
completing his baccalaureate coursework. At Lindenhurst High
School, Russell also earned several honors as a football and
basketball player. He has been training athletes since 2003,
while his clients have benefited from his educational expertise
as well as his vast athletic background. While earning his
doctorate, Russell worked alongside several progressive industry
leaders. Russell has lectured and presented workshops on sport-specific
training for athletes, coaches, and trainers throughout the
area, including but not limited to; Ripken Baseball, Princeton
University, Suffolk County Baseball Coaches Association, et
al.
Greg
Reardon, BS, CSCS

Greg
is currently working toward his Doctorate in Physical Therapy,
at CUNY Hunter. At SUNY Cortland he played on the Men's Lacrosse
team for a year, and was also the Vice President of the Men's
Club Soccer team. While at North Babylon High School, he earned
several honors in soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse. He has
been working with young athletes in various sports for over
two years, helping them to improve their athletic performance.
Meaghan

Meaghan
has been training athletes of various ages and ability levels
since 2005. She is dedicated to continuously motivating and
helping others move better, feel better and perform their
best. Meaghan comes from a background of running; four years
of Varsity Cross Country, Winter and Spring Track, throughout
high school. She further continued her running competitively
at the collegiate level for Springfield College. While at
Springfield she had the opportunity to Intern working with
hundreds of athletes at Mike Boyle's Strength & Conditioning
in Massachussetts. Boyle's is widely considered one of the
top few facilities in thecountry. She continues to educate
and stay informed with the top techniques of training to ensure
all the athletes and clients she works with are provided with
the most current training methods.
Beth
Slotnick, CSCS, Performance Trainer

Completed
an internship with University of Massachusetts, Amherst working
with Men's Ice Hockey,Women's Basketball, and Men's Soccer
teams. Upon graduating, worked in New Hampshire's first dedicated
Strength and Conditioning facility where she was a coach for
athlete's ranging from 11 years old to 21 years old. She also
coached in the adult athlete class, and worked with college
level athletes. Along with playing varsity tennis for the
4 years at Springfield College, she taught gymnastics at a
local gymnastics academy. She currently volunteers as a coach
for a gymnastics class for children with special needs, working
especially with the children that have communication disorders.
Derek
Squires, CSCS, Performance Trainer

Derek
recently graduated from Columbia University. He participated
on the intercollegiate baseball team, as a pitcher during
his four years there. In 2009, he received the "Mr. Hustle"
award for his incredible work-ethic. As a junior at William
Floyd HS in high he began training under Infiniti's Director
of Training, Russ Taveras. The impact Russ had on his future
has inspired him to return as a trainer and educate athletes
on the importance of preparation, discipline, and commitment.
Christopher
Costello, DPT, CSCS Performance Trainer

Additional Experience: Recently, Chris completed his clinical
work at Island Sports Physical Therapy as an outpatient. Chris
proudly served in the military on active duty and as a reservist
for 7 years. Chris competed at the NCAA club level as a rugby
player. He also is a competitive runner and annually runs
in several marathons.
